Without this, nothing works [email 1/4]

If you don’t have this, your business will always feel heavy.

Hi Creator,

Freshman year of high school, I almost didn’t make the basketball team.

5'8.

150 pounds.

Not very athletic.

I remember staring at the list of names taped to the wall.

My stomach dropped.

I barely made the cut.

But something happened that year.

When you have nothing but belief…

When you feel like you shouldn’t be here but want it so badly you show up anyway…

You find another gear.

I got up at 4:30am every day and worked, day in and day out, to get stronger, better, faster.

Just 12 months later, by sophomore year, I made the varsity team.

It wasn’t talent.

It was hard work fueled by conviction.

And that’s the first of The Big 4.

Conviction is the engine of your business.

Your products, your community, your content — all of it flows from what you believe you’re here to do.

A creator we work with has two kids, a full plate, and still posts every single day.

Not because we remind her.

But because she feels responsible for helping the people she serves.

Conviction makes consistency easier.

Without conviction, consistency is almost impossible.

If you don’t truly believe in what you’re doing, every post feels forced.

Every launch feels heavy.

You’ll always be wondering, “What’s the point?”

But when you’re convinced your work is valuable and genuinely helping people, you won’t be able to stop talking about it.

It becomes fun.

It gives you energy.

It stops being draining and starts feeling like momentum.

Here’s a quick conviction audit:

  • Does your offer still excite you?

  • Do you feel proud when you talk about it?

  • If you had to start from scratch, would you build the same thing?

If the answer is “no” or “I’m not sure” to any of those, that’s your signal.

The first thing to fix isn’t your content calendar.

It’s your conviction.

Ask yourself: what would need to change for me to be all-in on this?

Maybe it’s re-reading every positive review and transformation you’ve helped create.

Maybe it’s tightening your program so you’re genuinely proud of it.

Maybe it’s spending more time in your community and DMs, really listening to what your people need more help with and adding that to the next challenge.

Do whatever you need to do to rebuild conviction.

Because once conviction is there, the rest of the work gets 10x lighter.

Tomorrow we add the structure beneath your conviction — the model that makes your results predictable.

Conviction’s the engine of your biz,
